At Fashionprilin, we take pride in our dedication to making sure that all of our pieces are true to size. The best way to choose the right size for you is to take your measurements according to our 'How to Measure' guide.

We offer different size charts for different categories and clothing materials, so please refer to the size chart that comes with each product. If you have any questions about fit or need help selecting your size, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team.

Once subscribed, a discount code will be sent to the email or phone number provided. 

The email may be marked as spam and if so be sure to update Fashionprilin as "safe" for next time.

  • Enter your promotional code into the “Coupon Code” box at checkout.
  • Hit “Use”
  • If your code has been applied a pink tick will appear and display your savings.
  • If your code is a delivery code and your saving is showing as $0.00 then check you have the relevant delivery option selected for the code.
  • If you see red text saying “Invalid coupon code” check out our promo troubleshooting steps below.
  • Only one promotional code can be used per order.
  • Promotional codes may be switched off on site during busy periods- but we will always let you know if they are switched off.
  • Promotional codes are not applicable to beauty, sale (red prices) or premium items, unless otherwise stated.

- Only one Fashionprilin code can be used per order.

- Conditions of each promotion vary, so make sure you check the details provided when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiration date or a limited amount. You should be able to find the conditions in the same place you found the code, whether it be through an email or on our website.

- Some codes will only work for designated people. If you've received the code in an email from Fashionprilin, then the code may only be eligible for use with that email address. Make sure you are completing the purchase using the same email address that the code was sent to.

All discount codes are subject to terms and conditions, can only be used on full priced Fashionprilin items and exclusions will sometimes apply. Some codes are one use only and/or have a minimum spend attached. If you have any problems applying a code to your order please contact the Customer Service Team with the code and the items you are trying to apply this to so that they can help out!

To ensure your order is not declined, we suggest the following:

- Check the card details to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiration date or balance.

- Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.

- Your credit or debit card company may have declined your payment. If this is the case, you will have to discuss it directly with the issuing card company, as we have no access to this information.

- As an alternate solution, you can try paying with a different card.

If you've tried the options above and are still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team with as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive, and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.

Depending on where you are ordering from, you may incur a 2-3% international transaction fee by your bank. This charge comes directly from your bank and is outside of our control.

ORDER

We can attempt to cancel or amend your order – but this is not guaranteed. Please email the Customer Service Team ASAP and title your email with “CANCEL” or “AMEND”. If your order has already been dispatched we are not able to cancel or make any changes.

Please be aware that we cannot change the items you have ordered, we can only change details such as your delivery address.

If you are missing items from your order and your dispatch email and invoice show all items on your order, then please get in touch with our customer services team HERE. Make sure to let them know your order number and which items were missing.

If you haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 14 days.

Generally, you can find and continue your unpaid order after logging in to your account. If you have an unpaid order but do not have a registered login account, please register & log in with the same email address you used for the order, then you can find the unpaid order in your account. We will send you a reminder email for the unpaid order and you can proceed with the payment by clicking on the 'Pay Now' button in the email.

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add fashionprilin@hotmail.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.

Customers can sign in or create an account here to view their order history, tracking details and more. You can also review order information in the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase.

An order and shipping confirmation email should have also been received, which includes the order number starting with #. The email may be marked as spam and if so please update Fashionprilin as "safe" for next time.

Warehouse Processing Time (1-2 business day ) + Shipping Time = Delivery Time.

Ordinary orders are shipped within 1-7 business days, wholesale orders are within 2-10 business days, and custom orders are within 25-30 business days.

The delivery time varies from country to country, please follow the courier company information for details.

Note:
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If you didn’t receive your package within the time frame you selected, Please verify that all of your shipping details were correct. You can click the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" link to re-check your order status.

Your order may be returned due to an incorrect shipping address or invalid phone number. You can contact the related shipping carrier such as USPS, DHL, etc., or please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.

Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.

If the original address is a valid address, the package will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.

If the original address is invalid, your package will be undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. You can contact our Customer Care Team with the order number. We'll be more than happy to help!

The express shipping services for USA cannot make shippings to PO Box addresses. Please use an alternative shipping address or select the Standard or Saver shipping service. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.

RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
  • Returned items are eligible for a refund only - we do not offer exchanges.
  • If your item has a hang tag attached, your item is non-returnable once it has been removed.
  • Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Fshionprilin.
  • We aim to process all returns within 3-5 working days of delivery to us. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. You can track the progress of your return here. We'll email you once we've received your return and processed your refund.

For sanitary reasons, sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, panties, lingerie, shapewear, socks, pasties, and items marked as flash sale, final sale, or special sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. If you placed your order on the Fashionprilin site, please go to the site.

Q: The email address you entered does not match our records.
A: Make sure the email address is the same as the one you used to place your order and no spaces are included.

Q: The order number is invalid or doesn't exist.
A: The order number should be 4 numbers with no letters or spaces included.

Q: The order does not meet our return policy requirements.
A:
● A return has already been requested for the same order.
● Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day timeframe.
● Orders placed in full using cash coupons or store credit do not qualify for a return. If you paid for your purchase using both a coupon and another payment method, only the portion of the payment that exceeded the coupon value is eligible for a refund.
● Non-returnable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.

If you've received a package with an item missing, it's most likely because:

Some orders are shipped in separate packages. Check your confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages. If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Care Team so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.

2) Product name or SKU number (you can find this in your confirmation email)

3) Photos of external and internal packaging

4) Pictures of all the items in your package

We currently do not accept return methods other than our standard return procedure. Please follow our return process so we can help you out as quickly as possible.

For the self-ship option: Once you return your products to the return address provided, send an email to fashionprilin@hotmail.com or chat with one of our agents and provide the following information: 

•A photo of the return package receipt

•The tracking number of the return package

Once we've received your information, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund asap.

For the return label option: Once you've sent your items via the return label provided by Fashionprilin, we will process your refund after your package arrives at our warehouse.

To ensure that we can process your refund quickly, please follow the instructions closely and provide all of the required information. Once we receive the return package and determine that it's eligible for a refund, you can refer to the following chart for an estimated timeframe on when to expect your refund:
If you do not receive a credit to your account within the timeframe mentioned, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
Orders paid by Afterpay/Klarna.

If you haven't paid your balance, the refund amount will be deducted from your balance. If you paid your balance before the return was processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days to arrive in your account.

Unfortunately we do not refund postage/shipping charges on orders.

Please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in a parcel may delay your refund.

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost.

  • Once we have received your return we will send over an email ✉
  • Once we receive your return, we take up to 5 working days to process your refund.
  • If your order was delivered to us more than 5 days ago and you've not heard anything, please get in touch with us.
  • As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If your bank account has closed since you've made the purchase, you will need to contact your bank directly for information on how to receive the funds.

Tips:

1) Before making a purchase, please carefully review your payment information and double check that it is a valid form of payment.

2) It is your responsibility to ensure that your credit card account is not closed or cancelled. We can only issue refunds to the original form of payment, so if your card is closed or cancelled, you will need to contact your bank directly for further information.

3) If your card is lost or stolen but you need a refund, please let us know as soon as possible. We will need you to provide relevant documents and share your updated account information so we can issue your refund to your secured account.
