Orders Paid Within 2 Days Support Unconditional Cancellation
To cancel an order within 2 days of payment, please email us your order number and invoice at fashionprilin@hotmail.comm. We will reply and process your refund within 24 hours. Please avoid initiating PayPal cases or credit card chargebacks, as we are committed to resolving the issue efficiently. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Forcible cancellations will require you to pay the shipping fee.

Circumstances Available For Returns And Refunds
Our return policy is simple. Within 14 days of receiving your item, you can apply for a return to get a refund (excluding outbound shipping costs), for any lighting fixture or related product that has not been used, is in its original box, and in resalable condition (excluding some circumstances described below).

Please Note:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition with original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
Any shipping fees for returns are the customer's responsibility, except for returns of damaged items or when the wrong item was received. We do not cover shipping fees for non-damaged products.
How To Initiate The Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

Sale items are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at fashionprilin@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping fee will be paid by you.
Include a description of the return reason and the item you wish to return in your email to fashionprilin@hotmail.com. We will check your email as soon as possible.


Quality Check for Returns

When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return-eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.
If the return item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address specified in the original order and will deduct the return shipping fee of $7.99 from the refund amount of other items returned in the same order, if any. We reserve the right to adjust this fee.
In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item instead of sending it back to you.
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Customer Service at support@fashionprilin.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Return Shipping Fee
We do not charge a return handling fee. If your returned item is damaged during transportation or does not meet the circumstances of return, we will reject the refund.

Return Multiple Items from Different Orders in the Same Package
If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST. Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or per your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your returned item is damaged during transportation or does not meet the circumstances of return, we will reject the refund.
After confirming with you and getting your approval, we will process your refund, and the refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original payment account. Credit card payments take 3-5 days to process, PayPal takes 2-3 days.
Return Address
We will select the nearest return shipping address based on your location. Once your return request has been confirmed, we will send you the return address. Please contact us before returning an item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. We will not be responsible for returned items without prior notification.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at fashionprilin@hotmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transportation. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@fashionprilin.com, and we will provide you with a solution. If we need you to return the item, we will give you the address to which the item should be returned.
